MTA Reportedly Replacing Up To Three Mount Vernon Bridges

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. Officials from Metro-North and Mount Vernon have reached an agreement to replace three heavily populated bridges that carry thousands of cars over the railroad's tracks. According to a Bond Buyer report, on Monday, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that three priority bridges in Mount Vernon on 10th, Sixth and North 14th Avenues will be redesigned and replaced as part of a $10 million project.
